He is a professor of South China Normal University and visitor scholar of Ohio University. He also director of Institute of International and Comparative Education at the same university. His research area is Educational Strategy.

Dr. Silvius STANCIU has been a full professor since 2016 at Duarea de Jos din Galati University. He had his Ph.D. degree in food engineering in the Faculty of Science at Dunărea de Jos University of Galați in 2006 and also had a Ph.D. degree in business administration doctoral school at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies in 2015. He speaks Romanian as a native speaker and also knows English, French and Italian languages in the level of B1 ad B2. Prof. Stanciu is still CEO of Technology Transcer Center (CTT UGAL) and the coordinator of doctoral studies at Galati university.

Professor in the field of Management and Marketing at Guarda Polytechnic Institute (IPG), Ph.D. in Management, specialization in Marketing, Consumer Behaviour area, holds a master’s degree in Business Sciences, specializing in Strategic Management and Business Development and a degree in Economics, and a post-graduation course in Direction of incubators, accelerators and entrepreneurial development centres by the University of Salamanca, and is a certified trainer of Management and Entrepreneurship. Develops research in the area of Marketing, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education where has several scientific and technical publications and develops activity in trends and product innovation, engaging in different collaborations with other organizations and work as a consultant for products innovation development.

Dr. Frane Urem, Vice Dean and Professor at Polytechnic of Šibenik, is a professor in object-oriented programming, software engineering, introduction to databases, and design of information systems. With a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering and professional experience in the IT industry prior to his academic career, Dr. Urem is skilled in all major programming languages and a strong proponent of computer education. In the same time he works for Oracle Corporation as Oracle Academy instructor and delivers Oracle Academy trainings to colleagues across Central and Eastern Europe, including online and in-class courses in Java Fundamentals and Database Design and Programming with SQL“

Prof. Dr. Anarkul URDALETOVA had her Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from The Saint Petersburg (Leningrad) State University in 1979. She is a full time professor in Economics and Management department at Kyrgyzstan Manas University. Since 2001, she also has worked as Vice-Dean of Economics and Management Department. Her research areas are Mathematics, Statistics and Numerical Methods, and she can speak Russian, English, Kyrgyz and Turkish Languages. Besides, she is the member of many scientific committees, associates, agencies and research centers all over the world; she also has an important award such as “Honored Teacher of the Kyrgyz Republic”.


Assoc. Prof. Dr. Florina Oana VIRLANUTA,

Dr. Florina Oana VIRLANUTA is Associate Professor at the Economics Department of Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, at University “Dunarea de Jos” of Galati. She completed her PhD in Management at Bucharest University of Economic Studies and she is also a postdoctoral fellow. Her researches focuses on investment projects efficiency and social economy.
